Air-moving
Technical systems and sets ensuring air treatment for the purposes of people staying in inner premises as well as for technological applications including drying processes etc. The ventilation technology must be operated in buildings and premises with rooms which have no possibility of contacts with the outer environment at all, e.g. those not fitted with windows that can be opened.
Thermal comfort, exhaust of harmful substances, air filtration and supply of fresh air are necessary for people and essentially affect not only the quality of life but also working efforts and labour productivity. Ventilation units with air circulation, which require even extreme alterations with regard to the temperature, humidity or quality, may be an integral part of the ventilation technology.

Complete design of the environment in manufacturing premises

Treated air is able to ensure venting, heating, moistening as well as cooling of manufacturing halls within one system (ventilation technologies). A combination of a large venting heat-recovery unit with a hot-water heater and adiabatic cooling units provides a sustainable climate in the whole manufacturing premises with use of waste heat e.g. from pressing machines all the year round. During the standard operating mode, the heat recovery unit ensures exhaustion of air from the hall, at the same time transferring a part of the heat from the exhausted air to the fresh filtered air supplied to the premises.
The hot-water heater ensures fresh air reheating as compensation for any part of the heat not included in the recovery. The adiabatic units ensure the effect of moistening and also cooling in the summer months. Fresh air from the heat recovery unit is distributed to the hall area through the ventilation ducts.

A weather louvre is installed as the fresh air inlet for the ventilation system to the premises. Furthermore, acoustic baffles reducie noise radiating to the surrounding environment are installed in the fresh air supply system. A regulating and shut off damper controlling the required air quantity is installed in the ducted distribution system.
The duct are fitted with thermal and noise insulation covered with aluminium sheet along its full length. The ventilation equipment in the premises ensure extract, which also provides ventilation with an air exchange of four times per hour. The dampers are controlled by a servo motor linked to the operation of the ventilation equipment.
