Recuperative Units
High efficiency heat recovery units with plate or rotating heat exchangers. Compact local or central heat recovery units. Excellent technical characteristics of materials and components provide long service life of the equipment. Ventilation useable in any premises where it is necessary to replace stale air with fresh air.
Fan units installed in heat recovery systems provide maximum performance. They may be specified electric or hot-water heating and by-pass function. The remotely controlled performance enables independent operation of the air supply as well as exhaust fan.

Highly efficient centralised domestic heat recovery system
Centralised heat recovery systems can be limited by the fixed nature of the installation delivering the same balance of air to each room 7 days a week. With this installation was able to extend the flexibility of the central system whilst installing one of the most advance heat recovery units on the market. Mixing boxes are used to allow day and night zoning of the house and regulate the source of fresh through either a conventional grille or a ground collector for most efficient heat recovery or summer cooling. The entire system is controlled by an electronic controller.
Process energy recovery
Most drying processes exhaust hot damp air from the process to atmosphere. This normally means the replacement air entering the process comes from the hall which may be have very high humidity. Using heat recovery exchangers it is possible to pre-heat filtered fresh air which may be delivered strategically back into the process. The result is an improvement in process efficiency due to lower energy consumption, faster production speed and increased quality. Installation of a stainless steel heat exchanger recovers up to 70% of the exhaust energy. Fresh air is filtered and passed through the heat exchanger where it is warmed also reducing its relative humidity. Through a range of ducts the pre heated air is fed directly into the process. Monitoring sensors and air flow adjustments provide greater options for process control.
