Cooling Units
Sophisticated cooling units provide not only cooling of fresh air but also keep appropriate humidity of the internal air. Evaporative cooling also known as adiabatic cooling is a very simple solution which uses the energy required to evaporate water in order to create a cooling effect. This cool air is supplied to the premises in great volumes.
Warm air escapes through roof venting openings or is simply forced out through open doors or windows. As a result, the environment is cooler and fresher, and therefore comfortable.

Evaporative cooling
Many industrial premises have a heating problem but the solution is often considered too big an investment or the operational cost financially unsustainable. Evaporative cooling offers an alternative to many applications previously considered uneconomic. This installation was used to maintain a comfort level for operatives. The production process generated heat to add to the already hot summer days we now experience. Using cooling units distributing air by a flexible duct this simple solution improves the environment for a fraction of the cost of a conventional cooling system whilst avoiding the issues of recirculating process dust and reducing the humidity.
Humidification of printing halls
Printing halls often suffer from extremely low humidity, particularly during the winter. As a result problems such as feed jams due to static, wavy edges, dimensional changes and curl of laminated or multi layer products occur. In this application the evaporative coolers may become an evaporative humidifiers. Mounted internally each ECP unit is able to add around 60 kg or water per hour to the space. Simple and effective controls allow the units to increase fan speed to automatically maintain a minimum humidity level.Unlike conventional aerosol spray systems the air is directly raised in humidity which improves comfort for operators and removes the risk of legionnaires disease. Built in controls manage the water in the unit.
